    ... wants to know who are the ancestors of Joseph CRANDALL (1800-1838), and Deborah WILCOX (1807-1847)? They were married in Groton, CT 3 Sep 1826. They died in Warren Co., IL. She married (2) 9 Mar 1839 at Monmouth, IL Elvin Moore WELLMAN.

    1) Where is Rev. Joseph2 CRANDALL buried?
    2) Does anyone know for sure whether Joseph2's son, Joseph3, ever lived in Charlestown, RI at the Simeon Crandall Homestead?

    Mrs. Marilyn Getty, 136 Baringer Dr., California, MD 20619-3210 -- would like to know if there is anyone doing "CRANDALL research" in the Washington Co., NY area in the 1700's ...

    Linda Johnston, 25 Horton St., Attleboro, MA 02703-2447 -- wants to know about Lyman Crandall (1841-1918). The 1949 Crandall genealogy lists him as a son of John Crandall and Jerusha Noble. Linda has heard from someone who states that this is the wrong John Crandall and Lyman is not a son of John and Jerusha (Noble) Crandall. HELP!!!!!

    Nancy Crandell LONG would like to hear from any descendant of Laban CRANDALL (1730-1812) who died in Milan, Dutchess Co., NY, or his reported father, Samuel, b 1706. She has researched back to Laban on her own and would like to go back to the next generation with strong documentation! Someone who cares to correspond may post on PRODIGY'S Genealogy Bulletin Board under the CRANDALL surname to her.

    Mrs. Florence WYLAND, 228 Westport Rd., Wilton, CT 06897 -- wants to find out where Deborah BURDICK (1662- ), wife of Rev. Joseph2 CRANDALL, is buried. She would also like to know any information about the AUCHMUTY family of Westerly, RI!

    Mr. Roger CRANDELL, 560 Brighton Dr., White Rock, NM 87544-3573 is searching for the parents of Orin Beadle CRANDELL, b 16 Aug 1806 in Madison Co., NY; indexed in J.C. Crandall's 1949 book as Orvan Crandall, #28-1, p 676 in the unclassified section. Also searching for the middle name of Orin B. CRANDALL, #1457 in J.C.Crandall's book.
    Any Crandall/Crandell who have ancestors with the surname Beadle, York, or Sawdy, please contact me.

    Mr. Allan C. Scott of Waterville, ME would like to correspond with anyone who is working on finding Elder John Crandall's English origins!

    Your website editor wants to find out for certain where John Cortland Crandall's papers are stored. Rumor was that they were at Alfred University -- they claim they don't have them! HELP!!

    Jan Williamson wants to know more about Ruth Crandall; b 1721, So. Kingstown, RI; daughter of Samuel, b c1687 and Sarah (Kenyon) Crandall. Looking for Ruth's siblings as well as more info about her parent's families.

    Mrs. Jean White, 4045 Moyer Rd., Williamstown, MI 48895 would like information on Benjamin Eber Crandall, s/o Thomas #342, b 26 Apr 1813 in Arcadia, NY; m (2) 1843 Julia Ann Rhodes in Jackson Co., MI and lived in Perry, MI; would also like information on Thomas Crandall (1784-1863), b Kinderhook, NY, d Salem, MI.

    Mr. J. B. Comstock, Jr., 650 W. Harrison Ave., Claremont, CA 91711-4595 is seeking information on Isaac (or Henry) Thorn, son of Samuel & Rebecca (Hake) Thorn, who married 27 Feb 1759 Edith4 Crandall, b abt 1740 in Westerly, RI, dau of Joseph3 Crandall & Edith Hiscox. Could Henry be related to William Thorn of Westerly who married 16 Jul 1738 Sarah Mott?

Gill, 758 SE Seahouse Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983-4653 wants to find the Bible record containing the births of the daughters of Sally (Palmer) Geer Lewis of Stonington, CT, the daughter of Oliver and Nancy (Crandall) Palmer. The Bible accompanied Sally and daughter Phoebe Ann (Mrs. John A.) Crandall to Niles, MI in 1853.
