We, by the authority of the present letters and not otherwise nor in any other way, grant licence and a faculty before you may assume the burden of performing the office of the cure of souls in Winterborne parish church aforesaid and we are petitioned through the present letters that the said Crundall’s suspension may last and that it may endure at our pleasure. In testimony of which matter we have caused the seal which we use on this occasion to be placed upon the present letters. Given on the 7th day of the month of June in the year of the Lord 1599 and the twelfth year of our translation. |
