Please use complete dates (23 Oct 1995) and provide the places for all events (birth, marriage, and death) when known.
Please also include the names of the parents of the spouses of the Crandall ancestor when known.
Since this data will be added to our C.F.A. data base, it may someday be used for genealogical research. Please be as accurate as possible. If you prefer, you may use a computer generated pedigree chart back to Elder John Crandall of Newport and Westerly, RI. You may also fill a pedigree chart out in ink as long as you print it out neatly. A computerized pedigree chart is also acceptable.
IF your line is accurate in the 1949 CRANDALL
genealogy, you may begin with whatever generation is not listed
in that book. Please, however, give pages from the book
for reference!

sure that your check is valid for the U.S. dollars and will
"cover" the current exchange rate. International
Money Orders are also acceptable. As of 2003 US Banks are charging a $5.00 surcharge on checks and money orders outside the US. That will have to be added as well. Thanks.
